Very nice service .. good food. Nice ambience
As my colleague already told, I would like to comment on the enormity again, which was given to us by our service staff at the table of the canteen. Personally, I came a little later to our Christmas party, but was very friendly by a colleague in front of the Mondpalast pointed out where the entrance to the cafeteria. Once there, I took a seat at the head of the table. The mood was very good and everyone was happy. Just as it belongs to a great Christmas party with great colleagues. Since our bosses kindly donated the "all-you-can-eat" menu and tickets for the great event this evening (Ronaldo and Julia) for the whole staff, the service employee explained the process to us. How and when we can use us where etc. Everything was really alright. At some point (before the actual show), this service with the collected bill came to the table and put you to me on the headboard. I said jokingly to our boss that he had no hope to make and handed him the bill. At that moment, our boss came to the table and laughed - like everyone else - about it. All of a sudden I got to hear how our boss and boss talked very emotionally with the waitress who came to them. At first nobody knew what it was about. After asking our boss, he told us that the waitress thought that our boss (who just came to the table) would have laughed at you. Our boss and boss said calmly that it must be a misunderstanding and that no one has laughed at you. We all confirmed that you barely noticed, let alone laughed at you. The service staff still said we can spare ourselves the excuses, other guests would have told that. We all sat with our mouths open and were downright shocked. Of course, the mood was suddenly in the basement. I have worked for many years in the catering industry, even in a responsible position, but such an outrageous behavior of a service force, I have never experienced and I would not have tolerated in my active time. Maybe you had a bad day or it was something else, but omitting the (very well paying) guests is an absolute NOGO! In my opinion, the service staff before also seemed very serious and not in a good mood, because usually you greet guests with a smile (even if you do not feel like it). Here it was very cold and not very friendly. After all, the show in the Mondpalast then good, so that the evening (thanks to our service force) was not completely messed up
Unbelievable, but was! I would never have believed it, if I had not experienced all that myself. First, I would like to emphasize that this review is not about the quality of the food or the ambience. We had a small Christmas party that night. Everything went wonderful. We were welcomed in the palace canteen. At the table we were told how the canteen works ...... The food tasted good, we talked, joked and laughed a lot. We felt good. After some time, the service staff put the bill on the head of the table and left. Suddenly, a cafeteria worker appeared and spoke very emotionally to our boss (who was not present in the room all the time and was just getting into her seat). Only after a few seconds, we have all understood what it is about. The canteen employee said that our boss laughed at her, that she (the canteen employee) is just working here and doing everything to make the customers happy .... And such a behavior of our boss just is not acceptable ... .. and so on and immediately. Of course, our boss was shocked and tried to explain calmly to the angry employee that she was wrong. That she was not there. Her husband (our boss) said that no one else at the table talked about her, let alone laughed. We did not even notice you except when she put the bill on the table. Unfortunately, the employee of the Palace canteen was no longer in her charges to stop. "Save your explanations, the other guests told me that they were" - that was the exact wording with which the angry lady has accused our boss further. We were all so shocked that the mood of the Christmas party was of course extremely negatively affected. For my part, I will never enter this canteen again. My colleagues will certainly comment on this as well. That was a real impudence.

The workforce has worked fix, clean and nice. I think the prices are also ok. The armchairs are extremely comfortable and the distance between the tables I find particularly reasonable. There you get in no way the feeling of how to feed sardines in the can evening. As far as I'm concerned, I would have liked to taste the hunger, but then there would have been no room for the good meal.
Rarely eaten so well. The food was cooked to perfection. Everything made by yourself, you immediately tasted it. Here is the service almost perfect. I will definitely eat here again. It was fantastic !!

Our corporate event was held here and the food was good. The drinks orders have taken but clearly too long. There are deductions in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. When a new guest comes, the tablecloths should be clean ... even dirty dishes are a no-go. The service is expandable!
Too little quality for too much money
Very good buffet and courteous service staff. All-you-can-eat in the "Palace canteen" in combination with the performance in the Moon Palace is an excellent idea. Connected with it is also a secured place in the show break with snaks and drinks. Can only be recommended.
Delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. We were the breakfast buffet here and the Sylvesterbuffet. It was always plenty to eat and delicious. In addition, a very friendly and helpful service. We recommend.
We were there in the context of a larger company (50+ people) and therefore did not a la carte, but the buffet fed. The food was really outstanding and the staff was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at dessert, which has cost a lot of points in my rating. In a dessert cream was an almond-sized shard, which my sister pushed unnoticed with relish in the mouth. Only when she cut her tongue did she notice. This is really dangerous, but it can happen. What was decisive for my rating was the reaction of the staff. When referring to the shard was responded only with an astonished "Oh" and removed the dish in question. Further, nothing happened, which I felt was rather negligent, since in the other desserts could also be broken pieces. Apparently, glass got into the food during the preparation, so this should have been removed immediately after finding the shard. My sister is already grown up and quickly realized that something was wrong. But there were still many children present and I do not want to imagine what would have happened if there had been more shards in the food. I would like to emphasize that this was really an exceptional situation and that the other impression was consistently positive, but the reaction of the staff was unfortunately inadequate. In the future, I would want more care and a little more foresight in such a situation.

The restaurant is chic, rustic, the staff is very friendly and the food is good. However, the price is too high 19.90 would be reasonable
